Is it time people heard about your achievements?

Sometimes it takes an external pair of eyes to see opportunities in business. This is particularly true when trying to come up with ideas for news stories.
There are a lot of businesses in the Midlands making great strides and achieving big things, but many of these can pass unnoticed as part of peoples day to day working life – “it’s just what we do”.
But ask yourself, why are you not hitting the headlines lately, but competitors may be?
Why are you not your industries trailblazer in terms of press coverage?
How many times have EVEN your customers said, “I didn’t know you did that!”
Chances are, you believe that you are the best at what you do in your industry. Isn’t it about time you told relevant people?
So to help, here is a short exercise which can be completed in seconds:
(1) Write down 2 achievements your business has made recently
(2) Write down a short list of people who you feel should know about this
(3) Write down another short list of places you could send these, where those people would read it
